Adding Outside Website & File Activities to your Activity bank
If you have outside therapy activities, resources, or tools, you can add these websites or files to your Teleo activity bank, which can then be linked to items in your Teleo room to use collaboratively with clients.
There are three ways to quickly add private activities to your Teleo room:
Add activities through the yellow +Add Activities button in the activity bank
To link a custom website or file to an item in the Teleo room:
Click on āActivitiesā from the bottom control panel and then select the yellow ā+ Add Activitiesā button.

From here, youāll see a pop-up window prompting you to enter a website URL or click āChoose File(s)ā to select one or more files from your computer. Once youāve added your website URL or file(s), click āAddā.

Your newly added activity will be added to your room and will also be saved in your Activity Bank list for future use.
Note: Checking "Share with Teleo clinical advisors..." sends the activity to our team for review. It isn't added to the shared Activity Bank automatically, and licensing requirements may keep it from being added.
Use the Quick Launch ā”ļø Lighting Bolt
Use the lightning bolt icon to quickly open and add a custom activity during session:
Look for "Activities" in the bottom control panel and click on the lightning bolt icon
Youāll then see a pop-up window prompting you to enter a website URL or you can click āChoose Fileā to select one or more files from your computer.
If you'd also like to save the activity to you private activity bank, select the "Save to Activity Bank" check box before hitting, "Open Now". Otherwise, if you do not want to save the activity, click āOpen Nowā without checking the box.
Drag and drop
Drag and Drop to quickly open and add a custom activity during session:
You can also drag and drop any PDF, image, or URL straight into your Teleo room.
File Activities:
Click and drag your file (PDF, JPG, PNG) from your desktop/folder on your computer into your Teleo window
Drop it in to start using the file in session
To save to your activity bank for future use, click on the plus sign button in the top right.
Web Activities:
Open the website in a separate tab or window
Highlight the URL and click and drag into your Teleo tab/window
Drop it right into the room
To save to your activity bank for future use, click on the plus sign button in the top right
