🔒 Protecting Client Privacy When Using External Websites

Teleo's built-in activities are safe to use in your sessions. If you choose to bring in an external website, here's what you need to know to keep your client's information protected.

Teleo's built-in activities are 100% HIPAA compliant — your client's information is protected within Teleo's secure environment.

You are also welcome to use any external website as an activity in your Teleo room. It is your responsibility to ensure that none of your client's Protected Health Information (PHI) is improperly shared with any external website, as these sites operate outside of Teleo's network.

A globe icon will appear in the top right corner when you are using an external website. Clicking on it will show you the URL of the site you are visiting.
