Using Filters
Quickly narrow down activities by therapeutic approach, age group, topic, or activity type to find what you need fast.
Cross-referencing multiple filters, such as CBT, 9-11, and anxiety, allows you to efficiently locate the most relevant activities for your specific requirements, saving time and enhancing productivity.

With one click, add any activity from the bank directly to your session room for immediate use.
This feature streamlines the process of integrating activities into your sessions, making it seamless and efficient.
Add your own activities to Teleo
You can add any file or website to Teleo for collaborative use with your clients. Once you add an activity to your private activity bank, it will always be available, saving you time in the future.
Organize with custom tags
You can set metadata tags on your private activities to make them filterable and easier to find in future sessions by clicking the edit button on the activity card.
Source Filter
Activities in Teleo can originate from three different sources.
Teleo
The Teleo Source consists of activities curated by Teleo. Any clinician with a Teleo account has access to the Teleo Activity Bank. Resources in the Teleo Activity Bank include file or website activities that are either created by Teleo or identified as free and available for sharing online. The Teleo Clinical Team is continually adding to the Teleo Activity Bank, so be sure to check back regularly for new tools.
Private
Your Private Activity Bank consists of the activities you have added to Teleo by using the yellow + Add Activities button. You can enhance the organization of your Private Activity Bank by editing the metadata on the activity cards. This allows you to assign topic and approach filters, making it easier to filter and search for activities in the future.
Your Organization
Many enterprise and group accounts feature a Custom Org Activity Bank tailored to their specific organization. This resource allows groups to share activities among all clinicians within their practice, effectively replacing traditional Google Drive or SharePoint folders for activity sharing. Clinicians can access organization-specific activities directly within the platform, facilitating easier implementation of evidence-based protocols during client sessions.
To add activities to your custom org Activity Bank, you need Activity Bank management permissions. Some organizations restrict this feature to supervisors or clinical leaders. If you wish to share an activity with all clinicians at your organization, consult your clinical leader about your organization's policies.
