Add Teleo as an office location
Add Teleo as an additional office location in Ensora so that you can easily add your Teleo waiting room link to your automatic appointment reminder emails.

Steps
In Ensora, Create a new office location for Teleo.
Organization > Settings
Select āLocations and Roomsā
Click ā+ New Locationā
āCopy and paste your Teleo waiting room link into the location name.
Click āsave locationā

When scheduling client sessions in Ensora, assign their location as Teleo
āThe appointment reminder email from Ensora automatically populates the Teleo link in the address field.
You can edit and see a preview of your appointment reminders.
In the lefthand side control panel, click āAppointment remindersā
Your Teleo waiting room link will automatically populate as the location
