🔑 Controlling What Your Client Can Do in the Room

Learn how to use the Client Control toggle to manage your client's interaction in the Teleo room.

Written by Rachel McEvoy, LICSW

Teleo gives you the ability to manage what your client can interact with during your session. Using the Client Control toggle in your bottom control panel, you can give your client full access to the room or limit interaction to you only.

“On”

When the Client Control toggle is set to "On", both you and your client can click on items in the room to launch and interact with activities. This is great for interactive, client-led sessions where you want your client to explore the room, direct the session, or engage with activities together.

“Off”

When the Client Control toggle is set to "Off", only you can click on items in the room. This works well when you have a more structured session in mind, want to guide your client through specific activities, or when your client benefits from a more focused and directed experience.
