Activity Types
Activities are divided into two main categories: File activities and Website activities
File activities
Worksheets, images, and other static content that you and your client can draw on, write on, and zoom into together. Good for creative expression, psychoeducation, and building rapport.
Website activities
Live web-based tools and interventions — like games, sand tray, or videos — that you and your client engage with simultaneously. Good for interactive play, mindfulness, and skill-building.
