Adjusting your video and audio settings

Turn video conferencing on or off:

  1. Click “Settings” in the therapist control bar

  2. Toggle “video conferencing” to on

Audio Settings

If you are not using Teleo’s video conferencing, but are screen sharing with another video platform, you may need to adjust the Teleo audio settings to make sure that both you and your client can hear the audio without an echo or feedback.

  1. Click “Settings” in the therapist control bar

  2. Click the “Play audio from both devices?” toggle to change the value to “Only Yours” or “Both”

💥 Note: You’ll only need to update this setting once; it will be saved for the next time you use Teleo.
