Think of Teleo rooms as collections of activities that populate the icons in room mode and the right hand side panel in talk mode.
You can have unlimited Teleo rooms.
If your organization has shared room templates, you can also share rooms with your colleagues.
Rename your current room for easy identification
Give your room a clear, descriptive name so you can easily find it later. This is especially helpful if you create different setups for different clients or session types. You can rename your room by clicking directly on the room name.
Create new rooms
Create a new room in Teleo by selecting the three dots to open the rooms menu and selecting create room. You can select from a variety ages and templates.
Access saved rooms
Find all your saved rooms in one place in your Saved Rooms folder. You can quickly open, edit, or duplicate any room as needed.
Share room templates with colleagues or use shared templates
Turn your favorite rooms into templates to share with your team, or utilize templates shared by others. This facilitates collaboration and ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality care.
Your teammates can open their own copy of the shared room and edit it without affecting the original template.
Saving and sharing room templates allows you to efficiently reuse your preferred room configurations and makes it easy to collaborate with your team by sharing these setups.
