Saving snapshots helps you maintain continuity of care and document progress securely. With Teleo, you can easily reference past work, share it with clients, and ensure nothing important gets lost between sessions.
How to Save and Access Session Work in Teleo
This guide will walk you through the steps to save and access your session work in Teleo, ensuring your work is securely stored and easily retrievable.
Take a Snapshot
While using the whiteboard or an activity, click the snapshot button to capture your work. The will save a snapshot to the client record.
Client Record
The client record is a secure location to save any clinically relevant information from the session. It is only visible to the clinician; the client cannot see the client record, even if it is opened during the session.
Click on a preview of a snapshot to view it larger and download or delete it.
To review an activity with a client, save it from the client record to the client album—an activity that both you and your client can access together.
Access Client Album
When you want to review past work with a client, open your client album—an activity in the room that you and your client can access collaboratively.
If you can't find something you were expecting to see in the album, make sure to double-check that you clicked the client album icon in the client record.
Relaunch Snapshots from the Record
Relaunch a snapshot from the album to continue to build off work started in previous sessions.
Snapshot Workflow Summary
Consistently saving session work supports better care and makes your workflow more efficient. All snapshots are stored in the client’s record, giving the clinician control of what to share with the client.
