Let's set up your account!

Depending on your organization, you may access Teleo directly through your EHR or via the Teleo website. Look for an invitation email with instructions on how to create your Teleo account. If you haven't created your account yet, please do so now.

Even if you have already created your account using the initial account creation information sent to you, take a moment to open Teleo and log in!

Once your account is set up and you have Teleo open, you're ready to proceed.
