Command Center: Your Group Session Control Hub

Written by Kate Haznaw (LCSW/LICSW)

Understanding this central workspace will help you coordinate group care, monitor client status, and support your team efficiently. The Command Center lets you monitor active groups, client status, and session controls all in one place.

Groups List

The far left side of the command center you can locate all groups. Use the settings gear to filter through live groups or locations to help find the group you're looking for.

In Group Clients

The in-group clients section displays all of the clients in a group along with their current status. Client statuses include:

  • Absent - Clients who have not yet joined their group link for the day.

  • In waiting room - Clients who are in the waiting room completing their AV check, any applicable check-in forms, or simply waiting to be admitted.

  • In session - Clients who have been admitted and are actively participating in the group.

  • Left session - Clients who were connected but have left the session, either because they had to leave early or because the session has ended.

From the in-group clients section, you can:

  • Admit waiting room clients.

  • Chat directly with clients.

  • Pull clients into a private room.

If your organization has premium features such as EHR integration or check-in forms, you can also view the status of these forms and the client's contact information.

Care Team Chat

You can chat directly to clients from the command center. This chat is visible to the client you're chatting with and the care team, including the group facilitator.
