Set Up Your Space
Make your room inviting and ready for client engagement by creating a space as unique as your client. See this article for information on editing your Teleo room.
Pick a rapport-building intervention from the activity bank to help break the ice with your new client.
Upload a Get to Know Me Poster or other activity from your own collection of interventions.
Personalize the Poster with a welcome message and your client’s name.

Click on the “Topic” drop-down box and filter interventions by “rapport building”.
Tour The Space With Your Client
Familiarize your client with the features and tools in the virtual room, allowing them to feel more comfortable and in control.
Invite them to click on various activities and show them how to return to the main room.
Share about talk vs. room mode.
Show them how you can take snapshots and share in the Client Album.
