Your Teleo Home Base: The Landing Page

Written by Kate Haznaw (LCSW/LICSW)

The Teleo landing page is your starting point every time you log in to Teleo. It’s designed to give you quick access to everything you need—whether you’re starting a session, checking if your client is ready for group, or pulling a client for a 1-1 check-in. Think of it as your home base for all clinical workflows on the platform.

Sections of the Teleo Landing Page

The clinician landing page is organized into several key areas, each with a specific purpose.

Individual Sessions

Open the individual platform for individual or family sessions. The individual platform can have up to six devices join for family, collateral care contacts, interpreters or other contacts to join. This section also provides your Teleo waiting room link to send to patients or clients, as needed.

Group Sessions - Join Session

Open the group platform to join a group session. If you are facilitating the group, you may select a program curriculum on your way in.

Group Sessions - Command Center

The command center is where you monitor the status of all groups, contact clients to coordinate attendance and safety, and pull clients from group for 1-1 check-ins. The Command Center lets you oversee and manage multiple group sessions at once.
